ICOMGAM's flagship virtual summit for educators, researchers, students and industry practitioners shaping the future of media, communication and education — one bold theme at a time.
IIMCS brings together keynote speakers, panel discussions, paper presentations and hands-on masterclasses in a fully virtual format — open to educators, researchers, practitioners, students and thought leaders from across the globe. Every edition is anchored to a live theme, and every session is captured afterwards in an open conference proceeding so the conversation keeps working long after the summit ends.

Innovation in Teaching Media, Communications and Behavioural Change
Over two days, IIMCS 2025 brought together educators, researchers, practitioners and thought leaders from across the globe to explore the frontiers of media, communication and education — from AI in learning environments to the ethics of media education, gamification as a pedagogical tool, inclusive research methodologies and the evolving dynamics of academic publishing.
The summit opened with a keynote from Prof. Dr. Jude William Genilo (Pro Vice Chancellor, University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh) on redefining quality education in the digital age, followed by panel discussions on curriculum design and film education, paper presentations on socially responsible media education, leadership communication and gamification, and masterclasses on inclusive research methods and navigating academic publishing. A highlight of the summit was the Media Circle Meet & Greet, which featured the official launch of the CommQuest game trailer.
IIMCS 2025 was proudly sponsored by The Third Degree, in academic partnership with the Asian Journal of Applied Communication (AJAC).
